Consolidated Truck service offers scheduled custom-bonded air-road intermodal connections between Hong Kong International Airport and our extensive network of Inland Cargo Depots (ICDs). Dedicated consolidated truck could be provided upon request, enjoying further cost saving for volume shipment.

Approved by Hong Kong and China Customs, our Customs-bonded trucks are all registered with Intermodal Transshipment Facilitation Scheme and Quick Pass Mode, granting us non-stop transportation across the borders for more efficient delivery.

All trucks are sealed with a Customs GPS E-lock which is connected to our advanced Hacis E-Logistics System (HEx) to monitor shipment status along transportation.

Inland Cargo Depots (ICDs)
Our Inland Cargo Depots in southern China serve as the collection and distribution hubs to faciliate shippers or consignees to handover or collect cargoes and for cargo arriving through departing through Hong Kong. Each ICD comes with an International Air Transport Association (IATA) airport code, enabling carriers to use a direct master air waybill to ship cargo to southern China. All ICDs are supervised by China Customs to ensure highest security.

At our ICDs, we provide an array of logistics support services to meet your cargo needs:

Cargo consolidation and breakdown
Customs declaration and clearance
Cargo delivery to/ pick-up from consignee's warehouse
Cross province re-bond services

Northbound Service
Transhipment service of air cargo from Hactl's SuperTerminal 1 to a network of Inland Cargo Depots (ICDs) or manufacturers located in China.
