Teams honoured in customer service awards

Everyone at Hactl and Hacis is dedicated to providing the highest service standards to customers. At a ceremony on 20 February, outstanding staff received high praises from various customers for their exemplifying professionalism, efficiency and teamwork last year.

Nominated by customers, a total of 168 staff from Hactl and Hacis was recognised for their excellent services between April and September last year. Awards were presented by VIP guests from Martinair Holland N.V, Nippon Cargo Airlines, UPS Parcel Delivery Service Limited, Qatar Airways, Polar Air Cargo, Cargolux Airlines and Nippon Express (HK) Company Limited.
