Hong Kong Air Cargo Industry Services Limited (Hacis) is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl), and provides added-value logistics services to complement Hactl’s cargo terminal services.

Hactl handles cargo for carriers at Master Air Waybill (MAWB) level within its SuperTerminal 1 base; while Hacis can process your import and export cargo down to House Air Waybill level (HAWB), and arrange local cargo delivery to your warehouses in Hong Kong, as well as operating daily scheduled Customs-bonded road feeder services for transshipment to and from China.

Based next door to Hactl’s SuperTerminal 1, Hacis handles your time-critical shipments right in the heart of Hong Kong International Airport – one of the world’s business air cargo hubs - significantly reducing  cargo processing time.

Unlike any other provider, Hacis shares Hactl’s state-of-the-art terminal facilities, and has long-standing close working relationships with all airlines, so handling your cargo with maximum efficiency and flexibility.

Yes! Although we are Hactl’s subsidiary, Hacis’ services are commercially neutral, and not confined only to SuperTerminal 1 based airlines. So Hacis can collect your import cargo from, and deliver your export cargo to any air cargo terminal at Hong Kong International Airport – as well as arranging local collection and delivery throughout Hong Kong. 

Hacis deploys the strictest security measures to ensure your cargo is always safe and secure. Around 1,000 CCTVs are in place within the terminal; cameras are monitored 24/7/365 by highly-trained professional guards, and security patrols are conducted constantly throughout the entire site, complemented by hi-tech security robots.

Hacis’ service charges are based on cargo weight, so you can replace your fixed costs of premises, equipment and labour with variable costs that are directly linked to business volumes. Lower costs will make you more competitive. Feel free to contact us for a detailed quote.

HEFC is a one-stop shop providing comprehensive e-commerce solutions and direct delivery to chosen destinations. It is co-located at SuperTerminal 1, adjacent to the cargo apron at Hong Kong International Airport.

HEFC is equipped to handle a wide range of commodities including garments, cosmetics, food and beverages, temperature-controlled products, and other special cargoes.

HEFC offers cargo warehousing, order processing, order picking and packing, documentation and labelling, simple assembly, and last-mile delivery services for customers. For more details, please visit E-commerce Fulfilment Services.

The Cool Zone within HEFC caters for temperature-sensitive e-commerce traffic. It provides a total handling solution within a climate-controlled environment, for goods such as fresh fruit and chocolates, so maintaining product condition, speeding up the fulfilment process and avoiding the need for transfers to downtown chilled facilities.

The Cool Zone provides a handling area with temperatures down to 15°C, ensuring product quality during the fulfilment process. It can also provide storage for chilled, fresh, and frozen commodities ranging from +25°C to -25°C.

Airport Direct provides expedited road transport services for collections and deliveries between HKIA and any location throughout Hong Kong.

We collect your import cargo from any air cargo terminal, sort to House Air Waybill (HAWB) level, and then deliver them to consignees on your behalf.

SuperLink China Direct is a scheduled,  express, Customs-bonded road feeder system that links Hong Kong International Airport with major cities in China, expanding your catchment area well beyond your flight network.  We handle all your cross-border documents to ensure a hassle-free delivery experience.

Yes! We can forward your shipments by road to over 60 cities in China, including Changsha, Wuhan, Chongqing, Beijing and Shanghai.

Using Hacis as your partner, cargo can be transshipped by road to or from China via Hong Kong, under a Through Airway Bill - providing you with an immediate solution to extend your service network.

Hacis saves you hassle by preparing all cross-border documents for your shipments. And Hacis’ trucks are all registered with the Intermodal Transshipment Facilitation Scheme (ITFS) and Quick Pass Mode (QP), providing non-stop delivery across the borders. The trucks are all equipped with Customs GPS e-seals, guaranteeing maximum  cargo security and providing real-time tracking through to destination.

Yes! We are accustomed to handling a wide range of cargo, including temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products and outsize or odd-shaped cargo. We’ll be happy to tailor-make logistic solutions for your needs.

We provide consolidated and scheduled road feeder services connecting Hong Kong and Southern China every day (except weekends and public holidays).

As our service is under the supervision and control of Hong Kong and China Customs, all shipments must be transported in consolidated mode, and according to the schedule approved by Customs.

Just send your shipment details and documents to our SuperLink China Direct Service Counter before booking cut-off time (i.e 1500HKT). Upon receipt of your cargo, we will arrange delivery on the next available truck.

Information required for booking:

• Commodity
• Cargo pieces, weight and dimensions
• MAWB / HAWB document
• Invoice with correct commercial value of shipment
• Packing list with clear Chinese commodity name and HS code
• Shipper and Consignee information, with correct contact numbers
• Any other relevant documents (e.g licences)
