Staff development programme unleashes potential
Hactl has launched the Supervisor Development Programme since 2012, with an objective to identify potential operational staff and equip them with necessary skills and knowledge for sustainable career development.
High achievers from Hactl Service Delivery Department, Operation Services Department and Hacis are nominated by department heads for tests and panel interviews. Successful candidates will embark on the one-year program, which consists of a series of competence-based trainings and activities such as leadership skill, communication skill, mentorship scheme and off-site educational visits.
All the 29 selected staff in the first batch of programme have completed their trainings in March 2013, of which nine have been successfully promoted. The management is now reviewing and assessing feedbacks in preparation for the next batch.
