Service Excellence Awards 2018

Hactl has once again held its twice-yearly Service Excellence Awards, in recognition of exceptional staff performance. The latest awards – covering the first half of 2018 – cited 7 cases involving 114 individual staff members; and, for the first time, members of the Finance Department were among those who received awards. Representatives of Hactl customers Air Canada, Fedex, AirBridgeCargo Airlines, Eva Air and Air Hong Kong presented the awards, before a large audience of industry guests. Recipients of Hactl’s Service Excellence Awards are typically nominated for displays of outstanding knowledge and expertise, exemplary customer service and communication, service beyond the call of duty, and strong team spirit.
