Service Excellence Awards 2017
Hactl has once again given Service Excellence Awards to staff who have demonstrated outstanding team work, preparedness for emergencies and professional knowledge. Four winning cases and 48 award recipients were recognised at the latest ceremony, covering the second half of 2017. Representatives of Hactl customers Air Charter Service and Qatar Airways kindly presented the awards, and were among many industry guests attending the event.
