Service Excellence Award 2023

32 staff were honoured in Hactl’s latest Service Excellence Awards, which covered the first half of 2023. The Service Excellence Awards ceremony was the first to take place “live” since 2020, following a suspension during the pandemic; and representatives of Hactl customers Japan Airlines and Raya Airways presented the awards. Recipients of Hactl’s Service Excellence Awards are typically nominated for displays of outstanding knowledge and expertise, exemplary customer service, professionalism and strong team spirit.
