Service Excellence Award 2016
29 Hactl staff were honoured in the company’s latest Service Excellence Award, in recognition of their innovative ideas and selfless support throughout the first half of 2016. Hactl airline customers Korean Air, Qatar Airways and Nippon Cargo Airlines were among the many guests at the event, and took great pleasure in presenting the award to the awarded staff who strive to provide them with the best service.
