Hactl Green Week 2020

Hactl has held its annual Green Week, this time with the theme “Farm-to-table”, to raise awareness of sustainable and low-carbon living. The week-long programme featured online games, and presentations on topics including urban farming, waste conservation and waste reduction, a DIY workshop on pink oyster mushroom cultivation with upcycled coffee grounds and sawdust, and a virtual tour to introduce “To-gather”, Hactl’s new rooftop farm and barbeque area that is currently under construction. All activities were held online to ensure staff safety during the pandemic, and the event successfully scored a record number of participants and prize winners.
