Hacis Facilitates First "Air-Land Fresh Lane" Delivery to Macao

22nd April 2026 – Hong Kong Air Cargo Industry Services Limited (Hacis) proudly announces the successful processing of the first overseas fresh product shipment to Macao via the "Air-Land Fresh Lane."
 
The inaugural shipment of 986 kilograms of live Canadian lobsters arrived at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). As the primary cargo handler, Hacis managed import clearance and seamless transshipment, enabling a one-stop "Overseas-Hong Kong-Macao" delivery. Handling perishable aquatic products demands strict time and temperature control, Hacis promptly provided one-stop services and loaded the fresh product shipment onto a refrigerated cross-border truck, ensuring zero delay and maximum freshness.
 
This achievement was made possible through collaboration with the Airport Authority Hong Kong, Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department, and the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department. Supporting the first use of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Three-Places-One-Lock Scheme (Hong Kong-Macao Section) on the Fresh Lane, Hacis ensured compliance with closed-loop protocols and direct transit across the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) to Macao without secondary handling.
