Green Week 2016

Hactl has organized its first ever Green Week, involving not just its own 2,400-strong workforce, but thousands of terminal users and airport colleagues. With support from Friends of the Earth (HK), participants were introduced to the concepts of Greening via Aquaponics, Clean Recycling, Tree Planting to preserve the water source habitat in Dongjiang, and Zero Food Waste. Says Ms. Suzanne Cheung, Chief Executive of Friends of the Earth Hong Kong: “We are so impressed by Hactl’s Green Week initiatives. We really appreciated the opportunity to work with Hactl in staging this important corporate social responsibility and sustainability event, which has encouraged more individuals to adopt sustainable and green practices.”
