Established in 1984, Hong Kong Air Cargo Industry Services Limited (Hacis) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) to provide integrated logistics support services. Today, Hacis services more than 200 airlines and freight forwarders, providing unique logistics solutions that add value to their cargo businesses.

Following the opening of its headquarter at Hactl's SuperTerminal 1 in 1998, Hacis introduced Airport Direct import and export services and set up its own branded multi-purpose service centres and logistics hub to offer integrated services.

The award-winning SuperLink China Direct® Customs-bonded road feeder service was launched in 2000 to address the growing demand for Hong Kong-China air-road connectivity. In the following years, electronic logistics management system HEx, Shenzhen office and cargo hubs in Southern China were subsequently established to enhance the service quality and geographic coverage.
