Hacis team honoured in Service Excellence Awards

Hacis' Airport Direct Import Services Team, a total of 11 staff across different units, was presented the Service Excellence Award on 9 April 2014. Organised by Hactl, the biyearly Awards aims to recognise staff who have demonstrated exemplified service standard and commitment.

The award-winning story has illustrated the Hacis team successfully kicked-off the import handling services for its customer Morrison Express two weeks earlier than the scheduled commencement date before Christmas, achieving the greatest benefits for the customer by handling extra airfreight volume during the festive peak. Thanks to the "can-do" spirit and excellent team work, the team managed to tackle the challenge by efficient resources relocation and coordination, winning applause from other teams, management and the customer. The award was presented to the team by Mr Andy Hsu, Vice President, Global Air Freight Product and Mr Derby Lam, General Manager, Hong Kong & Southern China of Morrison Express, in recognition of the team's efforts.
