The company offers over 35 years of experience and is currently the largest all-cargo airline in Europe. Cargolux is Hactl's first customer in the 70's and has maintained a close and supportive partnership over the decades.
The Challenge
In August 2008, Cargolux flown in a heavy and sensitive machinery from Germany to Hong Kong on the B747-400 freighter. It was then followed by special on-forward trucking to final destination in Guangzhou. The shipment weighed 45 tons including a single piece of 22 tons. To handle the on-forwarding of the sensitive machinery, professional cargo handling service and hassle-free cargo delivery, such as preparation of special trucks and the corresponding cross-border permit application were essential from the one-stop logistics service provider.
