Mr. Chan joined Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) in 1976. He has been involved in various aspects of the air cargo business including Import, Export, Administration and Planning. In 2001, he became General Manager of Hong Kong Air Cargo Industry Services Limited (Hacis) which provides value-added air cargo services. He is now also Director of Chu Kong Air-sea Union Transportation Company Limited.

Mr. Chan has over 34 years of solid experience in the logistics industry and has established excellent network within the industry. Under his leadership, Hacis has achieved exceptional business growth over the years – launching the innovative intermodal service, SuperLink China Direct, in 2000 and acquiring several key airfreight forwarders customers in 2004.
